These terms establish the legal framework for accessing and using our digital printing and custom wallpaper services. Please read the terms carefully before placing an order.
PrintingNashville (Nashville Print & Decor) offers digital printing services on paper, vinyl, non-woven fabric, and textile media, as well as the production of custom wallpaper using eco-friendly, non-toxic water-based inks. All services are provided exclusively within the territory of Romania, with no deliveries or points of operation outside the country. We do not offer physical services in the United States of America or any other states.
The client is responsible for providing correct files in the requested format (PDF, TIFF, PNG, AI, PSD, CDR), at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at the final print size. Any content errors, spelling mistakes, color or size issues introduced by the client cannot be attributed to PrintingNashville. The client guarantees that they hold all necessary copyrights and licenses for the materials submitted for printing.
PrintingNashville undertakes to execute the order according to the agreed specifications, using quality materials and eco-friendly water-based inks. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates Romanian or international law, including but not limited to, materials of an obscene, discriminatory nature or those infringing intellectual property rights. The standard production time is 5-10 business days, excluding cases of force majeure.
PrintingNashville's liability for any direct damage resulting from non-performance or defective performance of the order is limited to the total value of that order. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, business interruptions, or additional costs incurred by the client. In the case of color differences between the screen and the printed material, the accepted tolerance is ±5% of the standard CMYK spectrum.
Payment is made in full in advance, via bank transfer, online card, or cash at our office at Str. Independenței 3. Order cancellation is possible only before production begins, and the paid amount is fully refunded. After printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the paid amount is not refunded. We do not offer refunds for content errors introduced by the client.
PrintingNashville reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms of use, with prior notification to clients by publishing the new version on the website. Continued use of the services after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.
